Bilingual Customer Service and Warranty Representative
Full-Time, PERM
Salary: Up to $50K
Hours: 8 HOURS - 8AM TO 4:30 may have some flexibility
Location: 100% OFFICE BASED, BRAMPTON OFFICE

Position Overview
Warranty Services Representatives work in a call centre environment responding to calls from consumers regarding roofing warranties
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries received via phone and email
- Process claims within the company’s claims management system
- Respond to all consumer inquires in a prompt and professional manner
- Process all documents within the company’s standard Service Levels
- Ensure all claims documents and call notes are entered and maintained
- Prepare claim files for management review and provide responses as directed
- Develop working knowledge of products and associated warranties
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French
- Call centre is an asset
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume, fast paced Customer Service environment
- Warranty experience is an Asset
