Location: (100% on-site) – Brampton

Hours: Mon-Fri – 8am-5pm - (40 hours/wk.)

Salary:  Up to $58K + Discretionary Bonus

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for planning and carrying out direct marketing and sales for company equipment while providing a high level of customer service.

• Maintain & develop a computerized customer database, prospects & order entry.
• Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries by post, phone & emails.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers (90% warm calls – 10% cold calls).
• Provide product information and answer questions from customers.
• Help with customer needs assessment in relation to product choice.
• Develop relevant knowledge and skills through training.

• Fluently Bilingual (English/French) - Spoken and Written.
• Computer literate.

• 1-2 years of Inside Sales experience.
• Order Management experience.

• High School graduate.
