Description

Bilingual Project Manager– HYBRID

Full-Time, PERM

Location: Burlington- Hybrid- 3 days in office (Mon, Tues, Wed. 2 days from home)
Hours: 8:30 am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Salary: Up to $80K

Our client is a boutique performance improvement, training, and consulting firm serving clients for over 25 years. They partner with automotive manufacturers and their dealer networks to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, sales performance, and operational efficiency.

They are looking for an energetic, capable, experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team in a full- time capacity.

Responsibilities

Planning and Problem Solving:

  • Follow Project management processes, templates and tools for budgets, project paths, tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage project scope which includes defining and documenting scope at the outset of all projects, monitoring throughout the life of the project and reporting any deviations to Management and
  • Create detailed project paths against approved timeline detailing all project milestones, deliverables, and client review points. Create and manage work plans and schedules as required to support the project path.

 

Budget Management:

  • Create budgets based on statements of work at the outset of a project and confirm with Management including contract resources, rate, and contracts. Actively manage time and expenses against the budget toward an established target margin.

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as a primary interface to the client, vendors, and other resources associated with the projects assigned; maintain partnerships with existing clients and build relationships with new clients.

 

Organization:

  • Oversee the creation and accuracy of project invoicing, submit invoices for client billing purposes monthly; approve expenses received related to the project in accordance with budgets and contracts.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication in English and French, oral and written.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Zoom
  • Detail oriented and superior organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects
  • Ability to problem solve appropriately as needed
  • Ability to work in a team environment and work independently
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the proven ability to hold others accountable
  • Strong customer service and client relationship building skills

Qualifications

  • PMP Certified or willingness to obtain

Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience as Project Manager
  • Experience managing projects successfully to budget and

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, business focus preferred though not essential
