Senior Bilingual Customer Service
Full-Time, PERM
Location: Burlington, ON-On Site
Hours: Flex Day 8:30-5
Salary: $70K
Our client distributes chemical products in markets across North America. They are seeking an organized, enthusiastic team player who can multi-task and play a key role in their customer service department./ They value the protection of health, safety and environment and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact, providing high level of service to all customers (include prices, delivery dates, product selection and availability)
- Coordinate product deliveries with affiliated distribution warehouse
- Receive, expedite and accurately process to completion all sales orders to meet customer expectations
- Work with sales team, production and distributors to effectively fulfill customers expectations
- Monitor and follow up with customer’s blanket orders and outstanding orders
- Process customer orders ( all orders received by email)
- Process customs paperwork for orders entering Canada (training provided)
- Send all documents to customer including scale tickets and certificate of analysis
- Send completed order to accounting/ invoice dept
Skills Required
- Bilingual French and English
- Out going with customers
- Multi tasking/ prioritizing

- Good computer skills
Experience Requirements
- 3 years of Full Product Order Management experience
- Must have either Chemical or Pharma or Agriculture Industry or Distribution experience.
