They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Rep as an addition to their dynamic team

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company in a professional manner through interaction with retailers, customers and fabricators
  • Liaise with retailers, customers and fabricators within assigned territory
  • Review customer orders and update status in Portal and ERP systems
  • Manage fabricators for quality job completion
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints. Offer solutions within project scope
  • Field warranty inquiries and follow through for resolution
  • Review Certificates of Completion, vendor invoices and issue AR invoices
  • Monitor material usage. Facilitate waste reduction to achieve targets
  • Perform monthly inventory counts and reconcile counts 
  • Assist other customer service representatives when needed   
  • Where applicable escalate issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years related experience, familiarity with the functional business environment
  • Post-secondary education an asset
  • Working proficiency of French and English
  • Proven track record in providing effective and high-quality customer service
  • Accepts responsibility and proactively resolves issues (‘solution focused’) on a timely basis
  • Thorough, high attention to detail, strong organizational skills
  • Effective team player, works efficiently to get the job done
  • Excellent listening skills and interpersonal relations in dealing with both internal and external customers
  • Working knowledge of computer programs, database, Microsoft software (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Oracle
