 Recruiters contact people with qualifications they’re looking for and invite them to apply for open positions

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Searching for potential candidates via recruiting, advertising and networking
  • Pre-screen candidates based on employer's requirements and specifications
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with employers and candidates
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
  • Place hiring advertisements using appropriate media.
  • Screen, shortlist and match applications to identify the most suitable applicants for jobs.
  • Be able to use Job Portals/Job boards extensively and efficiently

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience
  • Bilingual French/English, French is an asset
  • Agency experience an asset
  • Exceptional professional mannerism - in person, on the phone, and in email
  • Must have the innate ability to quickly determine successful matches between candidate & employer
  • Must enjoy interacting with people on all levels
  • A proactive temperament combined with strong work ethic and self-discipline
  • Demonstrated professionalism and customer focus with a knack for negotiating
  • Moderate computer literacy, MS Word & Excel, Internet savvy
