This position is a combination of Supply Chain, Order Management, Accounting, Procurement Process, Import, Export!! 

An exciting opportunity to wear many hats! 

Location: Mississauga, working from home and office go to office 3 days a week for around 3 hours 

Main Intersection: 427 and Eglinton - Mississauga

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Salary: 60K-70K

Direct Supervisor: Country Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Primary Customer Service and Supply Chain contact for customers, and team collaborator with Customer Service and Supply chain counterparts
  • Customer and Order Management – 5% no phone calls 
  • Receive and process orders per the established process by email only 
  • Handling of Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and complaint replace handling
  • Pick, pack, and ship product as ordered-10% 
  • Coordinates shipments with courier
  • Accounts Receivable follow up with customers of invoices, in collaboration with Finance/Accounting 
  • Involved in Procurement Process; participation in RFI/RFQ/RFP detection and responses

Import/Export of goods: 5% 

  • Work in collaboration with International colleagues 
  • Create the required Export Documentation
  • Perform booking/coordinating goods collection with carriers
  • Receive goods into stock, as per established QA SOPs

Supply Chain

  • General inventory management and supply chain forecasting
  • Lead consignment analysis, and work with field to coordinate quarterly inventory checks
  • Maintain and organize archiving of all documents 
  • Collaborate with QA team to ensure Canada implements established International CAPAs, ECRs and SOPs

Skills Required

  • Excellent Communication skills 
  • High proficiency with MS Excel, Teams, ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take on new tasks, as needed
  • Team Player and Collaborator with ability to build strong rapport with local and international colleagues
  • Ability to multi-task, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail


  • Bilingual in English and French, advanced written and verbal fluency

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Customer Service and/or supply chain
