Customer Service Representative
Full Time, Permanent
Location: (100% on-site - Hybrid – 2 days in office after training) – Vaughan
Hours: Mon-Fri – 8am-5pm - (40 hours/wk.)
Salary: Up to $53K

Responsibilities
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers in accordance with targeted objectives.
Duties:
- Ensure accurate and timely order and credit note entry.
- Prepare/check invoices and bills of lading for outgoing shipments.
- Monitor high priority orders to ensure timely and complete delivery.
- Act as a co-coordinator between sales and logistics, as well as other depts. as needed (credit, production, planning, etc.)
- Work with buyers and Key Account Manager to arrange that backorders are created when necessary.
- Investigate short shipment fines as necessary for the credit department.
- Accurately process large amounts of data when necessary.
- Provide assistance to assigned retail sales reps in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with courier companies to ensure that purchase orders are delivered on time.
- Develop and maintain strong positive relationships and rapport with all key customers.
- Establish and adhere to customer call cycle for all assigned accounts to obtain orders.
- Effectively track customer performance, relative to volume and assortment and provide regular feed- back on issues and opportunities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
Qualifications
- Speaks fluent English – Spoken and Written.
- High School graduate.
- 1-2 years of call centre customer service experience dealing with products.
- Order Management experience.
- CRM experience.
- Strong MS Office ability.
