Description

Bilingual Customer Service Representative-HYBRID

Full-Time, PERM

Location: Burlington, ON Hybrid-3 days in office 2 days from home

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM

Salary:  Up to $55K+ BONUSES

Position

The Client Services Representative provides exceptional customer service to client administrators and recipients. The position focus is on responding to incoming telephone and email communications related to our client order and return requirements and responding to client inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to telephone and email requests from customers worldwide
  • To be trained and qualified on the Order Management processes and procedures that will allow support for all client order related inquiries
  • Understand, research, and resolve customer order related requirements
  • Empathize and instill confidence in our customers that we can support their needs. Add value to customer interactions
  • To read, comprehend, and follow instructions for specific client care requirements
  • Demonstrate high quality work with minimal errors
  • Great work ethic, dependable with good attendance
  • Work closely with others in the company to achieve first contact resolution
  • Support team members as required
  • Provide feedback to Management regarding the order management process and its impact to the service being provided

Skills Required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
  • Ability to multitask, process work quickly, efficiently, and accurately with few errors and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work both independently, and in a team environment with shared goals and accountabilities
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft software applications and web-based applications
  • Organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent time-management skills and strong problem-solving skills (strategic thinker)
  • A great attitude and adaptability to change are critical factors

Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary education (diploma /degree) or two years relevant work experience
