Description

Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator

FULL TIME, PERMANENT

Location: (100% on-site) – Bolton

Hours: Mon-Fri – 8am-4pm - (37.5 hours/wk.)

Salary:  Up to $75K

Company:  Our client is a leader in the manufacturing industry.  Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a talented Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator to their team of professionals.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for providing customer support at all levels that exceeds customer expectations – both internal and external.  This role will closely interface with Regional Sales Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Quoting orders.
  • Entering orders.
  • Follow up on status of orders.
  • Providing status reports to customers as well as Regional Sales Managers.
  • Provide support to Regional Sales Managers.
  • Provide superior level of customer service to external and internal customers.

Skills Required

  • Fluently bilingual – English/French – Spoken and Written.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Very high attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 years’ experience in customer service.

Education Requirements

  • High school graduate.
