Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator
FULL TIME, PERMANENT
Location: (100% on-site) – Bolton
Hours: Mon-Fri – 8am-4pm - (37.5 hours/wk.)
Salary: Up to $75K

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for providing customer support at all levels that exceeds customer expectations – both internal and external. This role will closely interface with Regional Sales Managers.
Responsibilities
- Quoting orders.
- Entering orders.
- Follow up on status of orders.
- Providing status reports to customers as well as Regional Sales Managers.
- Provide support to Regional Sales Managers.
- Provide superior level of customer service to external and internal customers.
Skills Required
- Fluently bilingual – English/French – Spoken and Written.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Very high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Experience Requirements
- 1 years’ experience in customer service.
Education Requirements
- High school graduate.
