Bilingual Customer Service Representative-HYBRID
FULL TIME, PERMANENT
Location: (Hybrid – 2 Days a week in office) – Guelph
Hours: Mon-Fri – 11:30am-8pm - (37.5 hours/wk.)
Salary: Up to $59K + Bonus

Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers and strive to resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner. Effective communication skills are essential on multiple levels daily in assisting industry professionals, consumers, sales representatives, as well as other co-workers.
Responsibilities
- Order management via phone, data entry of orders based on emails and phone or fax.
- Efficiently and effectively manage customer/consumer complaints.
- Knowledge of the management of Retail Accounts, including EDI orders.
- Knowledge of the management of Institutional Account orders.
- Knowledge of the management of any corporate customers, including orders and billing.
- Knowledge of the management of Consumer email requests, including ordering, billing, and payment.
- Knowledge of returns and the credit process, including issuing credit memos and approving credit memos under $100.
- Be proficient in knowledge of the customer complaints program and be able to log and follow up on complaints.
- Be proficient and provide assistance to sales representatives, with regard to issues or order concerns, helping to resolve these issues in a quick and efficient manner.
- Knowledge of Ecommerce: order processing through Shopify.
Skills Required
- Fluently bilingual (English/French) – Spoken and Written.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of AS400 and/or Microsoft Dynamics would be an asset but not mandatory.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a call centre/customer service role (ideally in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry).
- Order Management experience.
- Ecommerce experience an asset.
Education Requirements
- High school graduate.
