Skills Required

  • Highly effective communication skills, particularly written.
  • Meticulous, attentive to detail and accurate.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills are a necessity for this position.
  • Must have the ability to work well within a team environment yet work independently.
  • Requires strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.


  • Fluently bilingual - English / French - both oral and written

Experience Requirements

  • 2 – 3 years previous customer support experience preferred.
