Responsibilities

  • Key functions include to identify needs and determine appropriate course of action on various key elements of order management & related concerns or issues which may arise.
  • Their ideal candidate requires quick & sound judgment and strong initiative in order to take necessary course of action in resolving issues and making recommendations to customers.

Qualifications

  • Fluently bilingual - English / French - both oral and written

Experience Requirements

  • 2 – 3 years previous customer support experience preferred.
