  • Process customer orders and bookings, including timely follow-up of usage, billings, and returns
  • Help manage the loaner kit program to ensure kits are available for surgery, processed in a timely fashion with all proper documentation, and follow up regarding usage and billing
  • Coordinate shipments in order to meet required delivery dates
  • Organize and maintain customer records
  • Timely follow-up of customer complaints and issues


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Minimum high school diploma. Post-secondary is an asset.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Office Word and Excel
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Team/collaboration skills – working with others in a number of cross-functional departments.
  • Previous experience with ERP systems.
  • Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a number of changing priorities.
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
