Bilingual Credit and Collections Analyst
Full, Time-PERM
Location: Oakville, On-Site
Hours: likely 8:30-5pm, 9-5:30pm or 9:30-6pm (our client has flexibility with the hours for this role)
Salary: Up to $36 per hour. Up to $75K Annually

Responsibilities
- Handle 120+ collections customer contacts daily via phone and email.
- Determine appropriate escalation for delinquent collections accounts.
- Support the management of appropriate collections account aging.
- Identify high-risk accounts and notify management.
Skills Required
- Bilingual (English / French) required - 100% verbal and written fluency.
Experience Requirements
- Experience in a business-to-business environment preferred.
- Collection experience or Customer Service experience
- Experience in reconciling accounts.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
