Bilingual Claims Quality Auditor-REMOTE
Full Time - Permanent
Must come to Mississauga office once per week if lives in GTA
Must come to office once per month if lives outside of GTA
Hours: Monday to Friday - Core Hours :8-5 pm
Can work any of the below hours: Client has flex 8-4 or 8:30 to 4:30 or 9-5
Salary: Up to 90K + Bonuses: 10% target annual bonus based on company Last couple of years paid out at 20%

Job Summary:
Under the immediate authority of the Director, the incumbent is responsible for evaluating the performance of activities related to claims processing. It carries out by sampling the hearing of claim files to meet the objectives of quality of service, productivity, and profitability for files of personal and commercial insurance.
Skills Required
- Must be Bilingual French/English spoken and written.
- Master Word office and Excel software.
- Demonstrate ease of expression and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to establish professional contacts with clients and lead conversations.
- Demonstrate leadership, good organization, judgment, initiative, and team spirit.
- Demonstrate ability to analyze situations, take initiatives, demonstrate dynamism, diplomacy, and discretion.
Qualifications
- Holding the title of CIP is an asset.
- The FCIP title is an asset
Experience Requirements
- 6+ years relevant experience in property claims in personal and commercial home or auto insurance, with knowledge of the rules specific to insurance in Ontario.

- University / College degree
