Bilingual Customer Service Representative/Order Management-REMOTE/HYBRID
Full-Time, PERM
Location: Mississauga-Remote or Hybrid. CANDIDATE CAN CHOOSE. Must go to office once per month
Hours: Full-Time – 8:30am-4:30pm Or 8:30am-5:00pm
Salary: Up to $57K + Bonus

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for efficient, economical, and timely processing of orders for Aftermarket and OEM.
Responsibilities
- Communicates heavily with distributors and OEM customers.
- Handling product orders received mainly by EDI and phone calls(10-15) calls per day in a non-call center environment
- Requires good working knowledge of parts and the company system.
- Works closely with shipping to manage order requirements.
- Processes credits, discrepancies and manual billing as required
- Supports technical calls from the customer base that requires a good understanding of company products.
- Analyzes information from OEM’s such as schedule releases and order processing data.
- Supports District Sales Managers.
- Verifies proof of deliveries and works with carriers on problem shipments.
- Prepare warranty return paperwork
- Process freight bills
- Verify shipment paperwork checking for correct part numbers and quantities
Skills Required
- Bilingual French/English (Spoken and Written)
Qualifications
- EDI strong asset
Experience Requirements
- Minimum three years’ experience in product Order Management
Education Requirements
- College or University is a Must
