Description

Bilingual Customer Service Representative/Order Management-REMOTE/HYBRID

Full-Time, PERM

Location: Mississauga-Remote or Hybrid. CANDIDATE CAN CHOOSE. Must go to office once per month

Hours: Full-Time – 8:30am-4:30pm Or 8:30am-5:00pm

Salary: Up to $55K + Bonus

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for efficient, economical, and timely processing of orders for Aftermarket and OEM.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates heavily with distributors and OEM customers.
  • Handling product orders received mainly by EDI and phone calls(10-15) calls per day in a non-call center environment
  • Requires good working knowledge of parts and the company system.
  • Works closely with shipping to manage order requirements.
  • Processes credits, discrepancies and manual billing as required
  • Supports technical calls from the customer base that requires a good understanding of company products.
  • Analyzes information from OEM’s such as schedule releases and order processing data.
  • Supports District Sales Managers.
  • Verifies proof of deliveries and works with carriers on problem shipments.
  • Prepare warranty return paperwork
  • Process freight bills
  • Verify shipment paperwork checking for correct part numbers and quantities

Skills Required

  • Bilingual French/English (Spoken and Written)

Qualifications

  • EDI strong asset

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum three years’ experience in product Order Management

Education Requirements

  • College or University is a Must
