Between the hours of 11am to 11pm
Hours: Mon-Fri 9 hour shifts between - 8am-8pm (PST/MST) or 11am-11pm (EST) – (40 hours/wk.) – *Occasional weekend shifts will be required*
Shifts: Western Canada – 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm
Shifts: Eastern Canada - 11am-8pm, 12pm-9pm, 1pm-10pm, 2pm-11pm

Deliver an amazing client experience; no matter what. Build a foundation of investment, personal finance, and stock trading knowledge. You will be fully trained to explain investment, personal finance, and stock trading concepts in a simple and accessible way-!
- Handling inbound calls (approx. 35) responsible for explaining investment, personal finance, and stock trading concepts in a simple and accessible way to clients.
- Responding back by emails (approx. 30) responding to customer inquiries
- Interacting with clients each day through multiple channels in a live client support environment.
- Be a key in monitoring, facilitating, and improving operational processes and working with back-office to deliver an exceptional service to clients.
- Fluently bilingual (English/French) – Spoken and Written.
- High School graduate.
- 3 Years of customer service experience.
- Possess a passion, curiosity, and energy for finance + investing.
- Computer literate as well as someone who embraces technology and the role it plays in financial services.
- Have high emotional intelligence-ability to relate and empathize with clients and their needs
