Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Apply payments from customers on various computer applications.
  • Setup new customers and contracts in database.
  • Manage and maintain client records and other electronic files.
  • Provide timely feedback regarding any challenges that may occur to your ability to meet deadlines.
  • Data entry, documentation preparation and file compilation.
  • Create and update documentation regarding client’s specific requirements.
  • Provide feedback regarding opportunities to improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Fluently bilingual (English/French) – Spoken and Written.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Full Cycle Customer Service experience.
  • High School graduate.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • Numerate.
  • Experience using a database.
  • Problem solver.
  • Ability to respond to emails and calls with speed, accuracy and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
