Description

Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Full Cycle Order Management

Location: Brampton - Hybrid-3 Days In Office, 3 Days at Home

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm

Salary: Up to $60K

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To diplomatically deal with our French-speaking customers, ensuring we are communicating effectively with mainly specific Key Accounts
  • Accurately records, process, maintain and follow-up on orders and requests via phone, fax, and email, in a prompt, professional and accurate manner
  • Handle internal and external transactions; return material authorizations, credit requests and corrective action requests
  • Serve, as a communication link between Customers, Operations, Logistics and Sales staff to assure responsiveness to customer needs
  • Problem resolution involving short shipments, incorrect goods, pricing errors, etc
  • Develop a good working relationship with the Sales Team
  • Maintain Open Orders Report, Back Orders Report and ensuring all planned production has been scheduled
  • Provide backup to other members of the Customer Service Team

              

Qualifications

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 3 years experience in a Customer Service(Product Order Management)
  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) fluently in English and French
  • Fundamental computer skills, with the ability to learn new software applications as they are developed
  • A proven ability to be detail-oriented, well organized, innovative, and adept in the skills of problem solving
