Our  client is a leading national distributor of medical products.  They are looking for an dynamic addition to their Sales Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of responsibilities contributing to the overall level of satisfaction of corporate customers and success of the sales organization.


  • Salary $55K to $60K

  • Communicating with Field sales team and providing administrative support
  • Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Assisting customers and sales team with problem resolution
  • Preparation of quotations, contracts, and product information
  • Coordination and tracking demos and evaluation requests and updating inventory levels of such items
  • Working with other departments such as Shipping, Finance to provide top notch service to customers
  • Entering customer information into company database and using it to retrieve customer information
  • Research product availability and details and track shipping status
  • Generating weekly reports as needed
  • 3-5 years of relevant customer service and/or sales support experience

  • Positive, professional and pleasant telephone manner and communication style
  • Detail oriented, meticulous, takes pride in their work.
  • Flexible and able to take on a variety of tasks, even on short notice
  • Can work independently with the ability to be a dynamic team contributor
  • Strong Word, Excel, Outlook experience is a requirement
  • Solid typing, spelling and grammar skills are a requirement


  • Fluently bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken

Experience Requirements

  • SAP or other database software experience is an asset
