  • 10% Management Compensation Plan (MCP) Bonus
  • Company Progress Bonus – Generally paid in September on the Company anniversary. It consists of a base bonus and an additional amount for each full year of service
  • Profit Sharing Bonus – Generally paid in April and October each year. The current estimate for this bonus is $250 + $25/years of service.
  • Birthday Bonus – Paid on your birthday. The current estimate for this bonus is $125.
  • Thanksgiving Bonus – Paid on the Friday closest to Thanksgiving Day. The current estimate for this bonus is $100.
  • Christmas Bonus – Paid in December, prior to Christmas Day. The current estimate for this bonus is $300.
  • Benefits: commence after 3 months of employment. All benefits (except LTD) are paid 100% by the Company. Medical, Dental, and life insurance ($25K policy)
  • Pension: commence after 1 year of employment with the Company


• Accountable for the relationship and success of our largest clients
• Understand different business environments and the issues that affect individual clients
• Ensure contract compliance and negotiate key contract terms and extensions
• Make key decisions about the management and success of a client's program to improve partnership and revenue
• Monitor client KPI's and determine needed change to improve program success
• Present ideas, strategies and solutions to mid-level and senior-level executives to influence decisions
• Lead meaningful strategy discussions with the ability to clearly and concisely "tell the story"
• Mentor, train and lead others in effective client service principles and best practices
• Solve problems, create efficiencies, and suggest process improvements
• Manage projects with discretion and sound judgement, skill and efficiency
• Collaborate with other roles and departments across the company
• Gain extensive understanding of client solutions and recognition objectives, and partner with sales team to help achieve success
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with main client contacts of our largest clients
• Develop solid relationships with clients to allow long-term partnerships to flourish (retention)
• Provide exceptional technology expertise

Skills Required

  • Strong client service skills with the ability to develop trust and genuine relationships with clients
  • Ability to articulate client’s business, expectations and objectives. Goes beyond basic service expectations to help clients implement meaningful solutions
  • Delivers service, recommendations and projects when, where and how clients need them. Explores alternate options when unable to deliver a requested product or service, and pursues solutions until the customer is satisfied
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and process work quickly, efficiently, and accurately while under pressure
  • Recognizes adverse client reactions, implements diffusions strategies and proposes appropriate alternatives
  • Effective project management skills and familiarity with project management tools and best practices
  • Evaluates progress and success against performance standards. Appraises and resolves deficiencies and challenges. Ensures deadlines are met and keeps stakeholders informed of
  • project/program status.
  • Ability to work well in both a team atmosphere and independently
  • Ability to question current processes and identify new, more efficient solutions
  • Above-average computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications. Demonstrated ability to learn various computer systems quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to research complex issues and identify and implement effective and creative solutions
  • Thinks in terms of desired outcomes, not just reactive, quick solutions. Finds ways to turn the ideal into reality. Experiments with new ideas, methodologies, and procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Strong presentation skills, including presentation composition and delivery to both internal and client audiences
  • Post-Secondary education (diploma/degree) and 5+ years of relevant work experience
