Salary: Up to $45K
Hours: Mon-Fri - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm / Saturdays can be added into the schedule - (40 hours/wk.)
Location: 100% on-site - Thornhill ON - Main Intersection: Yonge St. & Steeles Ave

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Answer calls in priority sequence as per call queue
- Customer Service: dealing with customers’ questions, concerns, and requirements regarding travel arrangements
- Issue tickets and exchanges
- Navigate through GDS System-Amadeus.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Fluent in English.
- 5+ years’ experience in Travel Agency
- TICO Certification
- Previous experience with Amadeus or Sabre is mandatory
- Experience issuing, exchanging, and researching tickets within GDS System (Knowledge about the Amadeus is an asset)
- Call Center experience preferred
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills -verbal and written
- Strong Influencing skills
- Pleasant and professional phone manner and customer service orientation
- Good computer skills required (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, quick thinker
- Ability to handle customer issues & complaints
- Must have the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work shift hours -evenings, weekends, and holidays
