Hours: 9 am -5pm, with some later evenings for clients in another time zone

The inside sales representative will primarily be responsible conducting outbound sales calls, as well as, responding to inbound calls, with the intention of increasing sales to generate revenue.  This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who is a hunter and self-driven.


Position Responsibilities:

  •                     Direct to consumer (B2C) sales environment
  •                     Accountability for results to achieve and surpass sales targets
  •                     High volume of sales calls utilizing self and head office generated leads
  •                     Conduct appointment with prospective customers via remote or web based formats
  •                     Educate and advise prospective customers on values of RESP’s as well as planned savings for Canadian Families
  •                     Process applications for new customers
  •                     Continued follow up with customers, on a continuous basis
  •                     Identify opportunities within existing customer base and grow portfolio
  •                     Update and maintain CRM database
  •                     Weekly reporting base on metrics
  •                     Sending communications electronically to prospective customers

Skills Required

  • Position Requirements:


  •                     Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience is required
  •                     Post-secondary education is a requirement: bachelor, diploma or certificate
  •                     Experience in a B2C environment is an asset
  •                     Experience in service based sales or in the financial industry is considered an asset
  •                     Ability to work in a fast-paced self-driven environment
  •                     Able to build rapport quickly and effectively either over the phone or in a virtual environment
  •                     Strong communication skills verbal and written
  •                     Bilingual French and English
  •                     Experience with CRM’s is considered and asset
  •                     Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products, Skype, Facetime, Google Hangouts
