Role Overview:

The role requires advanced understanding of SAP and all aspects of Inventory Management and is responsible for delivering reliable and accurate Master Data for Canada.


Field Consignment Inventory Management:

Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle in SAP PR1, including but not limited to:

- Providing reports and analysis of customer consignment inventory to ensure compliance and quality of customer held inventory

- Performing necessary actions (transactions) related to inventory reconciliation

Local Warehouse Inventory Management:

Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle in SAP PR1, including but not limited to:

- Warehouse SLED data (expired or near-expired) report.

- Perform systematic returns, write-offs, inventory transactions (including batch matching), creation of BOM sets, verify data for new and existing products, manage storage locations and receiving information.

Reporting and SIOP for Canada:

- Manage the SIOP reporting schedule for Canada.

- Provide LIFR, OTF, Inventory Value, Safety Stock and other inventory related reports as requested.

- Provide quality reports for inventory movements (set turn report, capital usage) metrics and all Supply Chain KPI reports as requested.

- Maintain Sales Force auto-reports in Cognos and BI as required.

- Work with RA/QA to provide data sets for Recalls and other reports as requested.

Canadian Master Data Steward:

- Responsible for Canadian Master Data working with the Global MDM team and their process to ensure accurate and up to date Master Data, including, but not limited to:

- New product launches, portfolio optimization project, maintain status for Canadian market, create/amend/extend/expire all aspects of Product data using the GBS ticket system.

Skills Required

  • SAP Experience Required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • IBM Cognos & BI experience preferred.
  • Strong process orientation, problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams.


  • 2+ years of related experience of Inventory management in an SAP environment.

Education Requirements

  • University degree.
