Hours: Monday – Friday, Occasional Weekends, 40hrs/week
Must be flexible to work Pharmacy hours: MON- FRI 10am-7:30pm / Sat 10am-7pm / Sun 10am-6pm.
Salary: Up to $150K
Must speak/understand Cantonese and or Mandarin.

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care to our patients. Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring efficient and accurate medication dispensing
- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care and medication therapy management
- Monitor medication inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and patient profiles
- Provide counseling to patients on medication usage, side effects, and potential drug interactions
- Stay updated on the latest developments in pharmacy practice and ensure staff adherence to best practices
Qualifications
- Must speak/understand Cantonese and or Mandarin. English is minimal
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration, drug interactions, and patient care protocols
- Strong written and communication skills with patients and other health professionals.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Pharmacist: 1 years (preferred)
- License/Certification: Pharmacy License (required), Must have a license to practice in Ontario.
