Beyond Bilingual is searching for an energetic Recruiter (French not required) who has that "go-getter" attitude. As a result of my company’s growth and a new recent acquisition I am looking for experienced Independent recruiters to join our team and work from home.
Responsibilities
- Searching for potential candidates via recruiting, advertising and networking
- Pre-screen candidates based on employer's requirements and specifications
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with employers and candidates
- Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
- Place hiring advertisements using appropriate media.
- Screen, shortlist and match applications to identify the most suitable applicants for jobs.
- Be able to use Job Portals/Job boards extensively and efficiently
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of recruiting or inside sales experience
- Excellent skills in English. French is an asset
- Exceptional professional mannerism - in person, on the phone, and in email
- Must have the innate ability to quickly determine successful matches between candidate & employer
- Must enjoy interacting with people on all levels
- A proactive temperament combined with strong work ethic and self-discipline
- Demonstrated professionalism and customer focus with a knack for negotiating
- Basic computer literacy, MS Word & Excel, Internet savvy
