Hours: MONDAY – FRIDAY 9am-5pm- NO WEEKENDS. 8 HOUR SHIFT
Salary: up to $80K
FULL TIME – 100% Onsite

Responsibilities
- Manage digital audience targeting implementation across platforms
- Leveraging data to identify meaningful campaign opportunities while developing and creating client lead lists in support of relevant customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Manage data infrastructure and data acquisition roadmap for paid and owned digital media
- Participate in initiatives to enhance measurement and enable a complete view of digital marketing performance
- Collaborate across teams to test and optimize targeting, creative assets, and messaging to improve ROI
- Leverage knowledge of data capabilities to develop and deliver customer insights
- Drive innovation within campaigns and channels
- Manage monthly budgets across channels and campaigns and provide investment
- Work in a consultative role and effectively communicate value-added insights in the form of analysis, interpretation, and advice
- Tell a story with data including exploratory data analysis and data quality validation
- Stay knowledgeable on emerging issues, trends, and technology and assess potential impacts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing analysis
- A degree in science, engineering, business, or other quantitative discipline
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools including Google Campaign Manager, Facebook, Google Search Ads, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics
- Experience in data visualization (e.g., Tableau and Google Data Studio)
- A broad understanding of digital marketing data, analytical tools and methods and knowledge of where analytics may add value to marketing and/or business
- A passion for analytics, high comfort level and interest in interpreting data and results; ability to tell stories with data and facts
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in driving productive collaboration with internal clients and cross-functional team members
- An overall dedication to producing high quality work and desire to continuously learn, develop and do better
