As a Hiring Manager, what I appreciated most was the speed at which Beyond Bilingual was able to present relevant candidates that had the skills, experience, personality traits, and overall company fit that we were looking for in a candidate. They thoroughly pre-screened applicants, so we immediately had strong, qualified candidates to interview. We hired in April 2018 and again in July. In both cases, the whole process, start to finish, took no more than 2 weeks.

Prior to using Beyond Bilingual, we had worked with another well-established bilingual agency, but they were noticeably slower in providing relevant candidates and we spent way too much time reviewing resumes and screening applicants.
