We personally meet with all promising candidates and go through an extensive interview to assess their character, skill sets and work experience. We also conduct testing based on our client’s needs. If clients want to test for specific skills and abilities, we are there to assist and accommodate in whatever way we can.

Once we’ve meticulously scrutinized each candidate, we are ready to share our findings with the client and make our suggestions for best fit.

We support clients during the offer stage by helping to ensure that the terms of agreement are clear and expectations are aligned between clients and candidates.
