Description

Location: Brampton – HYBRID - 2 Days in the office (Tues/Wed)- Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm
Salary: Up to $60K + 5 % BONUS

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders via EDI, Fax and Telephone
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies between customer PO and internal system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer’s order is processed and filled in a timely manner
  • Process customer product credits / returns in a timely manner
  • Documents and resolves customer complaints / inquiries

 

 

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Post secondary education
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Product Order Management
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • SAP is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Superior problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical industry experience would be preferred
  • Knowledge of electronic ordering methods (EDI, GHX, GFAX)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Knowledge of consignment transfer / billing
