Location: (100% on-site) – Toronto
Hours: Mon-Fri – 8am-4:30pm - (40 hours/wk.)
Salary:  $60K + Comm. (Total Comp. $80K)

Job Summary:

In this role, you will play a key role in driving sales revenue by effectively communicating with prospective and existing customers in both English and French. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong desire to exceed targets.

Duties:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs and promote our client’s products/services effectively in both English and French.
• Generate sales leads through outbound calling, prospecting, and networking.
• Qualify leads and opportunities to determine potential for sales growth.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

• Fluently bilingual – English/French (Spoken and Written).
• 3 Years of inside sales experience dealing with mechanical products (e.g. HVAC, Automotive, Electrical, Fasteners, Construction, etc.)
• Must have Mechanical aptitude.
• Must have Canadian experience.
• Minimum High School education.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
