Bilingual Inside Sales Associate
Permanent, Full Time
Location: (100% on-site) – Toronto
Hours: Mon-Fri – 8am-4:30pm - (40 hours/wk.)
Salary: $60K + Comm. (Total Comp. $80K)

Responsibilities
Job Summary:
In this role, you will play a key role in driving sales revenue by effectively communicating with prospective and existing customers in both English and French. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong desire to exceed targets.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs and promote our client’s products/services effectively in both English and French.
- Generate sales leads through outbound calling, prospecting, and networking.
- Qualify leads and opportunities to determine potential for sales growth.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications
- Fluently bilingual – English/French (Spoken and Written).
- 3 Years of inside sales experience dealing with mechanical products (e.g. HVAC, Automotive, Electrical, Fasteners, Construction, etc.)
- Must have Mechanical aptitude.
- Must have Canadian experience.
- Minimum High School education.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
