Full-Time, PERM
Location: Mississauga, ON (2 days in office - Tuesday and Thursday)
Hours: 8am to 4:40pm or 9am to 5pm
Salary: Up to $100K

Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Contracts & Sales Support, this position is responsible for identifying upcoming RFP opportunities in the province of Quebec & coordinate responses.
Responsibilities:
- Scopes new RFP opportunities within the province of Quebec
- Coordinates response to open RFP’s with product & clinical specialists, regulatory representatives & regional sales team to ensure bid compliance
- Responds to RFPs from Healthcare Facilities across the province of Quebec, including specific hospitals and CAG
- Reviews margins for current and future potential contract opportunities via product costing for RFP submissions, and investigating direct sourcing for products where applicable
- Liaises with product specialists to identify product equivalents and product specifications for proposals
- Completes technical and business-related questions for tender responses.
- Liaises with Quality, Operations, Finance, Clinical and Product Specialists to ensure bids are accurate, compliant, and complete, in time
- Orders samples for bid submissions and tabletop evaluations related to bid submissions
- Liaises with Account Managers and Hospitals to coordinate references for bid submissions
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on award notifications
- Completes RFP debriefs upon win/loss notifications
Qualifications
- Bilingual (French & English), both Verbal & Written, is a must.
- Post-secondary education in a related field with 3-5 years of experience as an analyst
- Exceptional analytical & organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure with specific deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, and other Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
