Description

Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Order Management

Full-Time, PERM

Location:  Oshawa, On-Site

Hours:  Some flex 8:30am to 5pm (Can do 8am to 4:30pm)

Salary: Up to $60K

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for account management of all assigned customers. Account management includes the processing of orders, the provision of product and service information, as well as problem solving customer complaints, or product or service issues.

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming product orders by phone and email and entering into JD Edwards
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account
  • Maintains customer records by updating account
  • Responds to and answers product and service questions, including suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer
  • Assists with testing related to processing changes, upgrades, , and reports on results.

 

Skills Required

  • Must be fully Bilingual (English/French)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Microsoft Office Software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good organization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-starter

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work 100% in client office in Oshawa Monday to Friday
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check and security screening

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 year of previous customer service experience
