Bilingual Financial Advisor
Permanent, Full Time
Location: (Hybrid Role (Remote if outside GTA) – Toronto
Hours: (Rotating Shifts between 8am-7pm – Mon-Fri) - (37.5 hours/wk.)
Salary: $62K-$67K+ Up to 10% Bonus

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for ensuring delivery of an excellent client experience and results, as well as proving value. The incumbent will build uniquely valued relationships with clients through the delivery of information, advice, products and services at all delivery points.
The incumbent will provide solutions and advice through a financial planning approach as a head-office or home-based, self-directed sales professional.
Responsibilities
Duties:
- Develops internal and external networks to capitalize on business opportunities and referrals.
- Delivers solutions and advice through client acquisition and retention.
- Implements initiatives to respond to a changing marketplace, and takes corrective action strategies to achieve volumes, including making recommendations on new products and services.
- Achieves business sales results through call programs and communication with existing clients and new prospects.
- Reviews sales results to plan, and discusses at regular meetings with the FA Manager, and adjusts activities as required.
- Maximizes the use of technology, and known client information to identify business opportunities, documenting all relevant client sales and service contacts, and results.
- Conducts regular review meetings with assigned clients, reviewing their portfolios to ensure the holdings are consistent with the client’s objectives and identifies further opportunities to increase share of wallet. Also responds to telephone and email inquiries and directs to the appropriate employee.
- Accountable for resolution of clients’ problems at first point of contact to ensure appropriate escalation and resolution.
- Prepares a compilation of the information and distributes it to the client for approval.
- Prepares client asset allocation proposals and modular financial planning projections.

- Prepares a compilation of the information and distributes it to the client for approval.
- Prepares client asset allocation proposals and modular financial planning projections.
- Attends training sessions, conferences, and reviews publications to ensure accreditation requirements are met.
- Keeps abreast of industry trends and financial market activity.
Qualifications
- Fluently bilingual (English/French) – Spoken and Written.
- 2 years of direct investment advisory experience.
- University or College graduate.
- Must have CSC or IFIC license.
- MS Office + Financial Planning software.
