Location: (Hybrid – 2 days a week in office if located in GTA or 100% Remote if outside GTA) – Oakville
Hours: Mon-Fri – 8am-4:30pm - (37.5 hours/wk.)
Salary: $54K + Up to 10% Target Bonus

Responsibilities
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from phone calls (customer service + Preliminary Technical support), Fulfilling orders using SAP Business One and following up on shipments etc. The ideal candidate will have a technical aptitude and outgoing personality with an excellent work ethic. You should have a high attention to detail and a passion for providing a high level of customer service.
Duties:
- Communicate with existing and new customers on a daily basis over the telephone.
- Administrative duties including: order entry, order tracking, following up with Courier service.
- Provide product technical support to customers.
- Work events and attend training sessions as required.
Qualifications
- Fluently bilingual – English/French – (Spoken and Written).
- High School graduate.
- 1-3 Years of Customer Service Experience
- Order Management experience.
- Experience taking 50-60 calls per day.
- Technical aptitude is a must
- MS Office + CRM
