Responsibilities
Job Duties:
- Handle incoming requests from customers regarding website/e-commerce
- Handling incoming orders by phone, fax, and email
- Assist customers and sales reps providing accurate information about our products and services
- Support end consumers with online shopping
- Assist in adjustments on web/e-commerce to ensure it matches with Enterprise software
- Work in coordination with the persons responsible for customer or end consumer order
- generation, inventory management and order fulfillment, transport, and following up on
- customer order progress and delays.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests (via phone/email/IM)
- Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills in French and English-Spoken and Written at a Professional Level
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant Microsoft office software-Intermediate
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
