Bilingual Inside Sales Account Manager
FULL TIME, PERMANENT
Location: (100% on-site) – Mississauga
Hours: Mon-Fri – 8:30am-4:30pm - (40 hours/wk.)
Salary: $60K Base – Total Comp. $75K + Annual Bonus

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for following up with existing clients as well as “warm” leads in your given territory to grow sales.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and analyze customer needs to evaluate available options and customized solutions; recommend proper product solutions and adequate product comparisons.
- Research, identify, and follow up with new prospects and leverage the Sales team to assist.
- Build and maintain fluid relations with potential and existing customers, resellers, integrators, and partners.
- Proactively work with partners to develop strong partnership with the company and assist with partner growth.
- Analyze channel partner program eligibility and either accept or reject applications.
- Motivate regional sales managers, identify opportunities, and determine which customers to pursue and allocate resources to, to best achieve initiatives.
- Provide technical tours of the company products, as well as virtually demonstrate company products and solutions.
- Strategize, solicit, and drive attendance to trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other promotional sales activities.
- Stay up to date on company products, solutions, and tools.
Skills Required
- Fluently bilingual – English/French – Spoken & Written.
- Solid technical skills to include understanding of networking infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to execute.
Qualifications
- Valid passport – limited travel will be required (once a quarter).
Experience Requirements
- 3 years of Inside Sales experience – selling technology solutions.
Education Requirements
- High school graduate.
