Order Entry Specialist/CSR



Location: (100% on-site) – Brampton
Hours: Mon-Thurs – 9am-5pm – Fri – 8:30am-4:30pm (35 hours/wk.)
Salary:  $40K + Up to $5K Bonus + Yearly salary increases of up to 4.5%

Company:  Our client is leader in the manufacturing industry.  Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a talented Order Entry Specialist to their team of professionals.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for processing orders that come in from customers.


  • Clarify all order details, resolve discrepancies where necessary, problem solving.
  • Process EDI purchase orders and understanding Lead Time Schedule.
  • Ability to sort and file Production Copy effectively by flute and order number.
  • Ability to input complicated orders (flute sizes, dimensions, colour coated).
  • Answer customer inquiries/customer follow up.
  • Operate 2 email systems.

Skills Required

  • English at a professional level (spoken/written)
  • Be able to input a high volume of orders each day.
  • Strong keyboarding skills.
  • MS Office.

Experience Requirements

  • 1- 2 Years of Customer Service experience
  • Order Entry experience is a strong asset

Education Requirements

  • High school graduate.
