Customer Service Representative
FULL TIME, PERMANENT
Location: (Hybrid role – 3 days a week in office) – Brampton
Hours: Mon-Fri – 8:30am-5pm - (40 hours/wk.)
Salary: Up to -$45K

Responsibilities
Job Summary: Your objective will be to support new and/or our client’s existing customer base within your assigned regional areas. This will also include supporting the client sales/service teams with respect to the client and the processing/execution of orders in association with the client.
Duties:
- Provide superior customer service by identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Build, manage and maintain positive business relationships through open and interactive communication including emailing and inbound/outbound calls.
- Coordinate with appropriate teams the timely resolution of all customer issues.
- Process customer orders accurately based on specifications and terms (e.g. Enterprise or Government accounts) within a timely manner.
- Provide post-sales support.
- Deal with conflict resolution with emphasis on customer retention.
- Learn the various MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions.
- Provide customers with data transfer solutions and the associated support.
- Understand the array of wireless products available to better support our customer as required.
Qualifications
- High School graduate.
- Computer literacy + MS Office + comfortable working with wireless devices.
- 1 Year of customer service experience (telecommunications, electronics or IT experience an asset).
- Order entry experience.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle.
