Senior Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator
FULL TIME, PERMANENT
Location: (100% on-site) – Bolton
Hours: Mon-Fri – 8am-4pm - (37.5 hours/wk.)
Salary: Up to $75K

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for providing customer support at all levels that exceeds customer expectations – both internal and external. This role will closely interface with Regional Sales Managers.
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming products orders by phone, fax and email and enter into system
- Receive and process orders and order changes from Internal and External customers via telephone, fax, email, E.D.I. and C.I.M.S.
- Monitor and follow-up on outstanding orders.
- Handle all other customer requests: samples, orders, product information.
- Maintain open communication with all external and internal customers at all locations.

- Fluently bilingual – English/French – Spoken and Written.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Very high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Experience Requirements
- 1 years’ experience in customer service.
- E.D.I. experience.
- Order Management experience.
Education Requirements
- High school graduate.
