Territory Manager-REMOTE

FULL TIME, PERMANENT

Location: (REMOTE) – Edmonton, Alberta

Hours: Mon-Fri (+occasional weekend day) – 8:30am-5pm - (40 hours/wk.)

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring efficient sales operations within your assigned territory. You will successfully create sales strategies, analyze data, address customer concerns, and identify sales opportunities to help grow the business in the form of obtaining new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Find new customers and projects through sales prospecting (Business to Business – Commercial and Industrial).
  • Take a leadership role on projects from start to finish.
  • Following up with and providing ongoing customer service to existing customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge of all company products.
  • Meeting or exceeding all sales targets and performance indicators.
  • Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Skills Required

  • Ability to solve problems, present solutions and close the sale.
  • Capacity to develop customers through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
  • Entrepreneurial mind set along with excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of successful outside sales experience (Business to Business sales experience in the Construction, Industrial or Commercial industry).
  • Construction/Project Management experience is considered an asset.

Education Requirements

  • High School graduate
